Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

These brussels sprouts are the perfect combo of sweet and spicy. They only require a few ingredients; very little prep and they are DELICIOUS! 



1 lbs. brussels sprouts

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 ½ tsp Sriracha

1 Tbsp honey

1 tsp red pepper flakes 

1 tsp salt

1 tsp fresh cracked pepper




  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut the ends off of the brussels sprouts and slice in halves.

  3. Place brussels sprouts, oil and seasonings in a zip lock bag. Shake until the brussels sprouts are well coated.

  4. Cover a baking pan with foil and spread the brussels sprouts out, face down. 

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges start to turn brown and leaves start to crisp.  

  6. In a small bowl, mix honey and Sriracha together.

  7. Drizzle the honey Siracha mixture over the brussels sprouts and ENJOY!
