Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts
These brussels sprouts are the perfect combo of sweet and spicy. They only require a few ingredients; very little prep and they are DELICIOUS!
1 lbs. brussels sprouts
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the ends off of the brussels sprouts and slice in halves.
Place brussels sprouts, oil and seasonings in a zip lock bag. Shake until the brussels sprouts are well coated.
Cover a baking pan with foil and spread the brussels sprouts out, face down.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges start to turn brown and leaves start to crisp.
In a small bowl, mix honey and Sriracha together.
Drizzle the honey Siracha mixture over the brussels sprouts and ENJOY!
